Kursna-lista.com is an independent Serbian portal with exchange rate lists. In one place it shows the official rates of the National Bank of Serbia, the rates of commercial banks and exchange offices, a currency converter and charts of the Serbian dinar exchange rate.

Where the rates come from

• National Bank of Serbia (NBS) — official middle rate and buying/selling rates, taken from the NBS rate list as soon as it is published (usually before 9 a.m.). Archive since 15 May 2002.
• Banks — rate lists published on the banks' websites, loaded several times in the morning: Addiko Bank, AIK Bank, Banca Intesa, Erste Bank, Halkbank, NLB Komercijalna Banka, OTP Bank Serbia, Postal Savings Bank, ProCredit Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, UniCredit Bank, Yettel Bank.
• Exchange offices — publicly posted rate lists, checked every 30 minutes from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.: Panter (menjacnica-panter.co.rs), VIP (vipsistem.rs), DOK (menjacnicedok.rs), Funta (funta.rs).

How we calculate

• Exchange office range — the lowest and highest buying and selling rate among the exchange offices above. A rate that has not been confirmed for more than 3 hours, or deviates from the NBS middle rate by more than 20%, is not included.
• Best rate — the highest buying rate (best when you sell foreign currency) and the lowest selling rate (best when you buy foreign currency).
• Converter — selling foreign currency uses the buying rate, buying foreign currency uses the selling rate; conversions between two foreign currencies go through the dinar.

The portal is not affiliated with the banks or exchange offices it shows. We publish only the numerical rates from their public rate lists. Rates are informative: they are not an offer of the portal and are not guaranteed at every location. Always confirm the rate before exchanging.
