According to the exchange rate list from 15/08/2012, Banca Intesa buys euros at 114.1147 and sells them at 119.9667 dinars for foreign exchange (account), and for cash at 114.1147 and 119.3815 dinars.

The foreign exchange rate applies to buying and selling currency from a foreign currency account and to transfers; the cash rate applies when you exchange banknotes at the counter. At Banca Intesa they differ, so check which one applies to your transaction.
