According to the exchange rate list from 24/08/2012, Banca Intesa buys euros at 114.5215 and sells them at 120.3943 dinars for foreign exchange (account), and for cash at 114.5215 and 119.8071 dinars.

The foreign exchange rate applies to buying and selling currency from a foreign currency account and to transfers; the cash rate applies when you exchange banknotes at the counter. At Banca Intesa they differ, so check which one applies to your transaction.
